This is a calculator we use when showing properties in Dumaguete, Valencia, Sibulan,Bacong, Santander, Dauin, in the Philippines.
It displays the results in both Filipino metrics as well as USA metrics for our USA customers.
It gives cost per square foot for floor space as well as for the land.
It will calculate the size of the lot in acres (with guidance) to facilitate comparing to USA house lots.
The price of the house is shown in USD and Pesos.
A photo can be taken and then emailed to the customer with all the property data.
This allows the buyer to compare the properties that they have seen through out the day.
Very easy to use.
